The Nutrition Project is 100% virtual and delivered to you digitally. Upon enrollment, you’ll get immediate access to the private portal (hosted on Teachable) where all of the course materials live. There you’ll find a Getting Started module so you can start your journey right away. Beginning August 17th new weekly modules will be unlocked for your access, and you’ll be invited to join Holly for live video Study Hall sessions dedicated to learning. Holly will be standing by to answer your questions as you learn. When the course completes on November 9, you will continue to have full lifetime access to all course materials, coaching calls, and live events. 

You’re going to learn so much! Once you learn why it’s helpful to understand calories, you’ll then learn how to categorize all foods and combine then in a way to program your body for success. Instead of “eat this, not that” approach, you’ll learn that you can truly eat whatever you want, as long as you are balanced. You’ll become an expert at strategic eating, and experience proper intermittent fasting phasing. If you don’t reach your goals within 8 weeks, you’ll also learn how to refine your diet even more to clear up digestion issues, food sensitivities, and mysterious symptoms that are troubling you. You’ll learn different macronutrient strategies that you can use anytime you want to shift gears and reach different goals. You’ll also be getting 24 (and counting) brand new, exclusive recipes developed by Holly. These recipes are already calculated to meet the exact macronutrient breakdown that Holly teaches. The Nutrition Project is built upon a basic principle that stable blood sugar is the key to optimal health and vitality. You will learn to combine carbohydrate-dominant foods with protein-dominant foods in a way that creates a balance between glucose and glucagon. It is this intersection that creates stable blood sugar levels. By stabilizing your blood sugar, you’re able to reduce cortisol, and promote optimal levels of other hormones. Most research shows a link between improved hormone levels when you eat in a way that stabilizes blood sugar.
