Hi! I'm Holly
When I was in sixth grade, my best friend invited me to a dance aerobics class. I fell in love with the 80s music, pink spandex, and fun vibes. But the thing that really hooked me was how good I felt afterward. I knew back then that "exercise" would be my soul's calling.
And now, after 30 years in practice helping women, I'm certain it's why I was put on this earth.
I have a degree in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition from The Pennsylvania State University, and I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist. I'm the author of Lift to Get Lean, and Muscle & Bone (coming 2026).
My clients have included Howard Stern, Adrian Grenier, Karlie Kloss, Petra Ecclestone, Billy Crystal, and even a Presidential candidate.
I'm passionate about helping women use strength training and intentional nutrition to feel better now, become strong and resilient for good, and stay IN the game of life (and out of the rocking chair) as you age. I'd be honored to help you.
