If you want to add this into MyFitnessPal app, just serach Kia’s Turkey Chili and plug it in.
Make sure to chop up all the onions and bell peppers, and make sure to mince the garlic.
In a large pot, add the fresh vegetables along with the olive oil and saute them for about 5 mins. Add in the ground turkey, making sure to break down the meat as you’re cooking. Once the meat seems to be no longer pinkish in color, add in all the spices (cumin, oregano, cayenne and chili powder) and the salt! Stir all of it together for a few seconds.
Now you will add in the chicken broth, kidney beans, sweet corn, and tomatoes. Bring all this to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 40 mins.
Garnish and enjoy! (be sure to add any extra toppings into MyFitnessPal)
