When I was in my twenties, I truly believed that I wasn’t stressed. Looking back now I realize that I was in fact, very stressed out.

I used to say, “But I don’t feel stressed…” I literally had no idea what the symptoms of stress looked like.

      Same here! I love playing with my puppy. Taking him for walks and having some quiet time together always gets me in good mood.
