I honestly can’t remember the last time I ate any of the foods on this list. That’s how bad they are for your health. Don’t think of “quitting” these foods. Think of substituting something healthier in its place. Your brain likes the idea of substituting better than quitting!

#5 Margarine (hydrogenated oils)
#4 Fast food
#3 Artificial sweeteners
#2 Diet soda
#1 Non dairy creamer!
