How it works
The Comeback is an ongoing live program happening right now! Upon purchase, you’ll be able to get started on your own comeback within minutes.
First, you’ll receive by email the comprehensive 60 page handbook that includes all of your workouts, the Nutrition Plan, and access to the video tutorials for home or gym workouts. The handbook can be downloaded and printed or saved to your device. Everything you need is inside of The Comeback Handbook!
You’ll also be invited into the ultra exclusive Facebook group. This is the hub for our daily check-ins, weekly updates, and live video broadcasts. You can make new friends, find accountability partners, and ask questions. Soon it will be the highlight of your day as you check in for inspiration and community!
The best part? Every two weeks we will “meet” so that you have access to me for questions and guidance! This is your chance to be coached by a world class fitness expert (that’s me!). We “meet” by phone and live video broadcast from our Facebook group so that you have two ways to participate.

Are the workouts in The Comeback for home or gym?
During checkout, you will be able to choose programming for Home or Gym workouts.
Do I need to have any strength training experience?
No! The Comeback has programming for both beginner and intermediate fitness levels.
Are there any age restrictions?
Absolutely NOT. The Comeback is designed to help women of all ages – from youth to 60+
What equipment will I need for home workouts?
You will need a set of dumbbells that match your fitness level and a resistance band or two. Most women use 5 to 15 pound dumbbells and one resistance band. Inside of The Comeback Handbook you will find links to Holly’s favorite brands.
What will I need for cardio workouts?
Any form of cardio works! You can use a machine, get outside for a walk or jog, or even dance in your living room! Holly does recommend using a heart rate monitor.
What does the Eating Plan look like?
You will learn Holly’s approach to eating in a way that allows you to use your familiar foods. You will receive a One Day Diet Example and Food Substitution Lists. You can literally mix and match the foods that you and your family love. During the Coaching Calls, Holly will teach you everything you need to know about successful eating for life.
Will I lose weight on The Comeback?
The program is designed by Holly to encourage fat loss. If you follow Holly’s programming as instructed, you will most likely lose body fat. Results will vary depending on your calorie intake, commitment and overall lifestyle. If weight loss is your goal, there will be lots of guidance, advice and programming to support you in The Comeback. Average weight loss amongst 90 women in The Comeback earlier this year was 8 pounds.
What happens upon joining The Comeback?
You will receive an email confirmation from us upon purchase, and then 5-10 minutes later you will receive an email that includes your access to The Comeback Handbook. You will be able to download, save, and print your handbook if you like. Within 24 hours you will also receive a welcome email from us notifying you of your entrance into the private Facebook Group where all communication happens.
Can I follow the Nutrition Plan if I am vegan, pescatarian or Paleo?
YES. And this is a great reason why Holly’s approach to eating is so brilliant. You will be guided on combining your regular and favorite foods in a way that produces incredible results. All eating styles are welcome!
How will I be held accountable?
Upon purchase, you will be invited to join the closed and private Facebook Group. Once inside, you will join the other women of The Comeback. Each week Holly and her assistant coaches will contribute to and monitor the group. Involvement from all members is encouraged and promoted. This coaching group is limited in number to ensure a meaningful community conversation.
Do I have to share my progress photos?
Absolutely not! We would love to celebrate your successes with you, and Holly (or her team) will give you feedback if you’d like. However, you are perfectly welcome to keep your photos private for your own tracking.
May I participate anonymously?
Yep! All you have to do is let Holly know what your “stage name” is and your secret is safe with us.
Is a Facebook profile mandatory?
Nope! The private Facebook group is to enrich your experience with tons of tips and give you access to a like-minded community. You can skip this altogether if you want! You can also create a Facebook profile under an alias name if you’d like to participate anonymously.
Can I do The Comeback if I’m injured?
Maybe! Please contact us via the form at the bottom of this page and share the details of your situation. Holly will review and get back to you!
What if I have to miss one of the group coaching calls?
No worries! While you will get the best results by attending all calls, they are not mandatory. All calls are recorded and you will receive a link for unlimited playback.
When are the group coaching calls?
These live calls happen every two weeks on Mondays at 7:00 PM Eastern Time. You will be provided with a phone number to dial into to “attend.” All calls are recorded and you will have lifetime access to all calls. Additionally, these calls will also appear as a live video broadcast inside of our private Facebook group.
What if I need support or have questions?
There will be 30 minutes of each Group Coaching Call dedicated to questions. Using the conference line you will be able to “raise your hand” and get access to Holly for personal coaching. You may also watch all Group Coaching Calls live within our private Facebook group. Once any questions from the phone line have been exhausted, we will then take questions from the Facebook live video feed.
