    Such great tips! 👌 I’m wondering how much cardio I should be doing weekly if I’m strength training 4 days/week following your Radical Transformation program in “Lift to Get Lean.” Currently in week 2 and I haven’t done any cardio. Do I need to? Thanks Holly, you rock!
