My favorite smoothies and blended drinks

Each day I incorporate one blender-based drink because it is a fast, delicious tool for super nutrition.

While there are no true rules around this topic, I tend to break blender drinks into two categories:

  1. Protein Smoothies
  2. Fruit and Vegetable Blended Drinks

Check out today’s video below to learn how and when I use each in my day.

Below are my most recent “go to” recipes that I use nearly every day.

  1. Dark Chocolate Covered Raspberries

Ingredients

8 oz unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop chocolate Paleo Protein

1 cup frozen organic raspberries

Ice

Throw all ingredients in your blender and GO!

  1. Kale + Grapefruit Supercharger

Ingredients

2 handfuls of frozen spinach

2 handfuls of frozen baby kale

½ fresh grapefruit

½ fresh apple

2-inch piece of peeled fresh turmeric or ginger

Ice

Chop up the grapefruit, apple and turmeric. Throw everything in your blender until you reach your preferred consistency!

8 oz unsweetened almond milk

1 scoop Vanilla Paleo Protein

¼ cup raw quick cook oats

1 Tb maple syrup

1 Tb natural peanut butter
