I have a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition. I’m a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and the author of the Women’s Health book Lift to Get Lean.
I’m a contributing expert for Women’s Health, SELF, Prevention, Men’s Fitness, and LIVESTRONG.com, and was selected as a “Top Trainer to Follow” by Shape magazine. I have worked with some of the most incredible people including Adrian Grenier, Howard Stern, Karlie Kloss, Billy Crystal, Petra Ecclestone, Natasha Richardson, and even a presidential candidate.
My incredible transformation that you see here goes beyond appearance. I achieved this through a combination of strength training and the very eating strategies that I teach today. Through nutrition, I’ve been able to reduce symptoms of depression, relieve digestion issues, and end my dependency on caffeine and sugar.
