ABOUT ME

I have a Bachelor of Science degree from The Pennsylvania State University in Exercise Physiology and Nutrition, and am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). Shape magazine named me a “Top Trainer to Follow” and Women’s Health magazine tapped me to write the book on strength training for women, Lift to Get Lean. With 30 years of experience, I’ve created a proven system that helps women get the most from strength training. A woman’s body is different. Your strength training should be too.
