Use this video anytime you want to improve flexibility, facilitate recovery from workouts, or create a sense of overall well being.

I teach you a mixture of dynamic range of motion moves combined with Active Isolated Stretching, and static stretching.

As you’ll learn here, it’s important that during static stretches, you should be able to relax and release deeper into the pose. If the stretch reflex or response intensifies, it’s important that you ease back into a posture where the stretch sensation mellows.
