4 Ways to Transform Your Triceps

It’s an amazing feeling when you raise your hand to wave and the back of your arm is firm and not floppy. Oh I HATE floppy!!!!

Well, no one likes floppy, and that is exactly why so many women ask me for my favorite Triceps moves. It’s one of those things we have in common- we all want strong, tight, toned, sexy arms!

Your Triceps are called that because there are three muscles that form the back of your arm. These three different “heads” are responsible for different things. Therefore, in order to train your arms effectively, the kinds of movements that you make are really critical.

I have found that there are a few Triceps exercises that are pretty much useless, yet they are often suggested by the popular magazines and websites. Therefore I set out to find the moves that I know truly make a difference in making your arms look great.

    I love these moves! Triceps are one of my favorite body parts to train since I seem to sculpt my arms very quickly.
